The building is situated in one of the most attractive areas of the city, overlooking the old port with a beautiful view of the sea (pictures 1 and 2).
The apartement has a large sunny living room, with a small balcony overlooking the port, a well-equipped open-style kitchen, a bedroom facing the wood, a bathroom and a storage closet.
The bedroom location, far from traffic noise, allows a good night's sleep.
The apartement is situated on the 4th floor of the building wich is provided with lift.

The pleasant antique dealers neighbourhood, very close to the port and the old town centre, a few minutes walk from Place Garibaldi, the lively streets of "Vieux Nice" and the beach.
Tough very well served by public transport, the most interesting areas of the town can be reached on foot.
