At Connecticut Ave. and Ellicott Street NW, easy walk to Metro red line, convenient to Politics n Prose, Tenleytown and Friendship Heights. Building is well-staffed, safe, and has an indoor swimming pool, 2 tennis courts and a gym.

Maximum 30-45 minute subway, bus or bike ride to just about anywhere in downtown DC, Chevy Chase or Bethesda, including Smithsonian and Kennedy Center etc.
