Easy walking distance to all Greenwich Village & Soho restaurants, galleries, and theatres, as well as Chinatown and Little Italy. No car, but within blocks of all major subway lines. High ceilings. Two full bedrooms (one with queen-sized bed; the other a full-sized bed) and one semi-private lofted sleeping area (perfect for kids), each with a twin-sized mattress; plus two aero beds and a living room futon that opens up into a full-sized bed. Well-equipped kitchen, full bathroom, heavy-duty washer/dryer, dishwasher, all major appliances, cable TV, Verizon FIOS high-speed wifi, Netflix, Amazon Prime Also: folding massage and ping-pong tables, air conditioning, ceiling fans, elevator (6th floor), too many books, and several bicycles. (Yes, there is great biking in NYC!) Roof deck with view, picnic tables, etc. Apartment is well maintained, including a weekly cleaner, but the feel is casual and it is definitely family-friendly.
