We live in a 2-level, 3-bedroom townhouse with 2.5 bathrooms. All bedrooms are located on the upper level. The master bedroom has a queen bed and adjacent full bathroom (including shower/bathtub). The other two bedrooms each have a double bed. A second full bathroom (including shower, but not bathtub) is located on the upper level. Located on the main level are the kitchen and adjacent eating area, living room, dining room, and half-bath (toilet and sink). We also have a lovely semi-private patio/garden area with a BBQ and patio furniture for eating and relaxing outdoors. Our home has all modern conveniences and is clean and comfortable. Our home and the surrounding premises are non-smoking. We have 4 bicycles for use, but even if they do not suite your style or needs, there are two different bike rental shops located on campus (within walking distance). We also have a 2014 Subaru Outback that may be possible for exchange.
