Notre maison

Description de notre maison d'échange

Ground level home located on 18 hole established golf course on beautifully landscaped large lot. Two bed rooms one with king size bed the other queen size. Five outdoor decks and a roof top balcony to view the ocean and watch the ferries coming in from Vancouver or the golf course. About 10 minutes walking distance from beach or shopping centre. Central and quiet established area of town. Home has been recently remodelled. Out door barbeque gives lots of room for outside entertainment. Kayaks available for use.

Our neighbour is quiet and established, on a major bus route but you are walking distance away from the beaches, shopping or hospital if needed. Lots of parks and walking and biking trails nearby. Five minutes by car to the ferry terminal to Vancouver. Both float plane and regular air service is also available.

Outdoor recreation is everywhere, we are near ocean beachs, rivers and lakes and ski mountains. There are plenty of hiking and biking trails. You can watch sailboats racing from several local beahfront cafes. Indoors, our city has two aquatic centres, two ice rinks and several live theatres. Trips to Coombs market or Mount Washington can be done in a day. Longer trips to the West Coast towns of Tofino or Uchletet are usually recommended for over night.

We are allergic to smoke so please smoke outdoors away from the house. We do have downstairs tenants so please keep the house quiet after 10:00pm. small well behaved dog is allowed but not on furniture.
