We are open to destinations for summer of 2019 and future years. In 2019 we are open to a bit longer of a swap than we normally do, perhaps a couple months between June 1 and Sept 30. We also love ski destinations so are interested in those offers as well.

Chalet style lakefront home nestled on 2 acres in Lawrencetown Estates just 30 minutes from Downtown Halifax, NS. Our country property has beautiful views and sunsets over the lake, a stream, peaceful/private setting, friendly neighbours nearby, canoe, paddle boat, kayak, bonfire pit, hammock, trampoline, swingset/playhouse, & large patio with BBQ overlooking the lake. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, open concept, with a cozy atmosphere. The basement is finished as a playroom for the young and old, with toys, piano, guitar, dart board, pool table, pingpong, and gym equipment.

Our house is only 2 minutes from Lawrencetown beach famous for surfing, and from the Trans-Canada trail for biking/hiking. We have 2 adult bicycles and two kid's bikes.

We are 15 minutes from the City's amenities. Halifax is an international tourist destination with many events and attractions.
