We are looking for an exchange in April 2019 during Easter time.
2 skiing areas (Annaberg and Oetscher) are not far from St. Poelten - DAYTRIPS EASILY POSSIBLE!
OUR HOUSE...
is located in ST. POELTEN, the capital city of Lower Austria, 25min from Vienna (by train). St. Poelten has around 57.000 inhabitants. In the city center you find a lot of its historic buildings and it is a pedestrian zone. Our city is a great place to visit and there is a lot to see and to do around.
We built our house about 3 years ago. We have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, open kitchen/living room, carport, garage, quiet garden with 30m2 terrace, trampoline, slide, swing, sandpit and a small pool.

THE CITY AND THE SURROUNDING
Our house is in a quiet street near the Traisen river (along the river there is a bike trail to the city center). A Supermarket, pharmacy and a bus station are 2 min. walk. Lakes and public swimming pool and indoor-pool nearby. Restaurants, Shops, Pubs, Bars, Shopping center, Parks, Playgrounds, Museum, Theater, Cinema, Bowling can be reached within 10 Min. by bus, bike or car. Many tourist attrations and interesting places in and around St. Poelten (VIENNA, MELK, KREMS, LINZ, BRATISLAVA, Zoo, wildlife parks, Abbeys and Cathedrals, wine cellars and vinyards, Danube River, the beautiful WACHAU valley, nice historic cities and towns) . Our City is perfect for biking and inline skating. Mountains are not far - you can go hiking in summer or skiing in winter (there are 2 skiing nearby, daytrips easily possible.
