Alex and Susan’s home is very comfortable with everything you need including a lovely courtyard garden. It’s in a pleasant quiet area and ideal situation for public transport to the city and easy walking distance to local areas of interest, such as Newtown and Glebe. Susan and Alex were perfect hosts and hopefully we will exchange again in the future.

We loved Susan and Alex's home. It is located in an interesting, cosmopolitan neighbourhood, a short walk to many restaurants, funky coffee bars, shops and public transportation to all parts of Sydney. The house is immaculate, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. A great kitchen to prepare dinner at the end of the day and a welcoming covered patio to enjoy dinner with a chilled glass of your newly discovered Oz wine!! Susan and Alex made us feel very welcome. They gave us a personal tour and a detailed house book. Our stay in their home was a highlight of our 4 month tour of Australia and New Zealand. Loved it!!

Throughout our 2 month stay we felt very happy in Alex and Susan's large, comfortable house, especially as having met them we knew they would take care of ours. Although within easy walking distance of busy Newtown, the house is in a quiet street about 20 minutes by bus from the centre of the city ( bus stop 100m away ) We have already expressed a wish to exchange with them again if they decide to come to the UK.
