Description de notre maison d'échange
I was in the UK in May 2016 and had a very successful exchange in London. I travelled to Scandinavia in 2017 and had arranged hospitality in Copenhagen for a week in June.
I am now preparing to sell my house and move to something smaller and newer which I would hope to be able to list for exchange but I will not be able to accept exchanges in the meantime.
I have a spacious home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, study with sofa bed, kitchen/dining area, lounge room and large dining room.
The property is on the fringe of the Adelaide CBD, close to public transport, restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops or you can walk to the city.
Adelaide is a beautiful city with excellent museums, galleries, gardens, beaches and wine regions. It's the gateway to the Australian outback, the magnificent Flinders Ranges and the wonderful Kangaroo Island wilderness area.

There are a number of very good restaurants nearby and a couple of pubs. Bar 9, on Glen Osmond Rd, is one of the best in Adelaide.
The CBD is very close and it's not far to the beach.
