We are a professional couple with adult children (living away in Brisbane at University) and live in Whitfield, Cairns. Cairns has magnificent beaches and the Great Barrier Reef on our doorstep. We live in a modern four bedroom,three bathroom home with large pool and spa. We are close to Botanical Gardens and village precinct. Whitfield is considered one of the premier suburbs of Cairns only 6km from the CBD. We are visiting the USA from late July to mid August and ideally we would prefer a simultaneous house swap during this time on the West Coast. However we would consider a non simultaneous exchange. We have had one exchange in Salt Lake City during winter. We are also negotiable on a motor vehicle exchange if required.
