Description de notre maison d'échange
Large Broome style home with park views in a secluded cul-de-sac in the heart of Cable Beach residential area, close proximity to the famous Cable Beach, restaurants and shops. Broome is well situated for access to the Pilbara, the Dampier peninsula and known as the Gateway to the Kimberley. Vehicle available for local travel only. Well appointed home with extensive outside roofed living and entertainment area at front of house with covered walkways and fish ponds overlooking park to maximize cool sea breezes. Large open living area with adjoining inside entertainment/studio area leading out to swimming pool with outside bathroom, Bali style lounge area and tropical gardens. Polished wooden floors throughout with wooden joinery, fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans in every room. Large bathrooms with showers, spar bath in second bathroom. Large well appointed kitchen with marble tops and kitchen appliances, gas cook top and electrical oven. Solar panels and solar hot water system.

Visit Malcolm Douglas's crocodile farm and locally owned pearl farms and show rooms to learn how pearls are produced
Choose from multiple scenic flights and other eco-holiday resorts. Drive up the Dampier peninsula for local beaches and aboriginal cultural experiences. Take a Kimberley cruise into the wild.
Visit and shop locally or in China Town with its famous pearl and jewelry shops for famous south sea pearls, Argyle pink or Ellenbrae yellow diamonds. Visit the weekend Court House Markets for local flavor.
