We have a large screened porch and deck with gas grill. 1 hr. to ocean. Inexpensive flights to New York from local airports.

We have a second home, so a non-simultaneous exchange is acceptable. We also like weekend exchanges to nearby areas. We can arrange transportation to and from airports within 50 miles. We also have a car to offer in any type of exchange.
