WANT TO EXCHANGE PARIS, FRANCE: SEPT & OCT 2017

Paiko Drive (between Diamond Head & Coco Head) is
a dead end street with Paiko Lagoon on one side and
the Ocean on the other, ending in a wild life sanctuary.

We are about 20 minutes from downtown Honolulu.
The beach is very private, and the house overlooks the
lagoon with tropical courtyards and a deck.
The house is filled with contemporary and Pacific
Islands Art and opens to the outside to catch the trade winds. The house has considerable character and charm, but it is not for those who like air conditioning and white wall to wall carpets!

Three dogs are in residence in the house along with one cats, and Phillip, the neighborhood wild parrot, often visits the grounds.

We have one large master bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroon upstairs in the main house, and an additional Futon double beds in the detached Artist's Studio which has it's own full bathroom. An additional downstairs bathroom has an outdoor hot and cold shower with sink and toilet inside.
