Our apartment is located in Prenzlauerberg, the most popular area in former East Berlin. The area is known for it's artistic atmosphere. The apartment is bright, friendly and spacious. It's on the 5th floor (an old attic) with an elevator. 189 sqm with a terrace and a balcony. The building was renovated in 2010. Although it's very quite, you have a lot of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. There is a shopping centre 10 min walk from the apartment, a local market on Saturdays and a small park nearby. Public transport is accessible in 10 min walk. The apartment is suitable for families with 1-3 children. Three bikes are available, one with a child seat. It has three spacious bedrooms: a parent (king size bed), one fully equipped children room (infant bed + small bed for older child) and a room with a futon bed (1.30), a large living room together with a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms (with washing machine and tumble dryer). We have fantastic and helpful neighbours.
