My name is Kristine. I'm born and raised in Copenhagen, Denmark, and live currently in Bangkok with my boyfriend Vitalik. We're pregnant and expect our little girl to be born at the beginning of August. For giving birth under the right circumstances we have to go back to Denmark for three months before returning to our lives in Bangkok. We, therefore, wish for an apartment swap doing that period (20.6.23-20.9.23). It is possible for us to adjust the date a bit if you wish to swap apartments a bit earlier.
We're a responsible couple. My boyfriend's occupation is accounting and I work as an educational consultant in Bangkok. We love traveling and exploring the world, experiencing new cultures, and meeting new people. My boyfriend loves to bicycle and does sports, I like to read books and go for walks.

The apartment is on the 24th floor with a stunning panoramic view of all of Bangkok. It has a big living room with a TV and dining area, two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen. All are fully furnished. In addition, the apartment has three balconies where you can enjoy the spectacular view from different angles. In addition, there is a common area on the 7th floor with an infinity pool, jacuzzi, sauna, lounge chairs, tables, and a gym. On the rooftop, you will find a common area with a garden, where you can enjoy the view and play with your kids on the grass.
The apartment is equipped with a water filter in the kitchen so you can drink the water. There is air-conditioning, a fan, and an air purifier to make sure the inside climate is always enjoyable.
In front of the building, there is security 24/7 and you can easily get food delivered to the location.

Description de notre quartier et ses alentours
Central location in the heart of Bangkok, surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and nearly a dozen malls all within walking distance. The apartment is located near Lumpini Park, one of the most beautiful parks in all of Bangkok. Train stations are close by and there are a number of temples to explore. You can easily find supermarkets, banks, hospitals, private clinics, pharmacies, and night markets. Being in the center of Bangkok there is a variety of nightlife activities, everything from bars/clubs to adult entertainment. Street food here is known to be highly recommended and very cheap. Chao Phraya River which connects all of Bangkok is nearby and it gives you boat and ferry access for quick and easy transportation and opportunities for sightseeing. A number of activities for kids are also available, especially in malls that have everything from ice skating rings to water parks. There are fun activities for kids of all ages. Lastly, there is an enormous fresh market where you can buy everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal. All the things mentioned are no more than a 15-minute scooter ride and that is the beauty of this location.

There is a national park 2 hours drive which contains waterfalls, hiking trails, and most importantly a river where you can bathe elephants. Ayutthaya is one of the oldest cities in this part of the world with breathtaking ancient temples. Train and floating markets are also an experience worth attending. A number of various day trips and getaways to all corners of Thailand can be booked in local agencies which have something for everyone's desire.

We wish for you to be able to enjoy our apartment and be yourself while being there. Of cause, we expect to get the apartment back in the same condition as when we left it. Smoking is possible outside on the balconies but not inside the apartment.
