Malcolm is a retired helicopter pilot and Margaret a retired Student Services Manager who currently maanges a small portfolio of properties and holiday lets. We like to travel and to date have had 10 successful exchanges.
We are looking for an exchange in New York in May 2020.
We are offering our 2nd/holiday home in Edinburgh as an exchange so it is possible that a non-simultaneous exchange could be on offer (excluding August and Christmas & New Year}. We also have a 2 bedroomed apartment in St Andrews (the home of Golf) that could be available.
We are a cat family and although will have no cats to be fed in our Edinburgh apartment we would be delighted to look after any cats.

Description de notre maison d'échange
Silvermills is a small, modern exclusive development of apartments. Our second floor, 3 bedroomed apartment (with garage) will accommodate 5 people (plus bed settee in lounge).
The apartment is a second home which is used by family and friends and also for short term holiday lets. It is exceptionally well furnished and equipped. It has a lounge with dining area, kitchen with breakfasting area, bathroom with a shower over the bath, master ensuite bedroom, twin bedroom and single/study bedroom.
The kitchen has an electric cooker, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer and is well equipped.
The lounge has a TV with freeview, BluRay DVD Player and Radio/CD Player. WIFI
The master bedroom has a TV and the beds in the twin room can be linked to give one large bed if required.
We are not offering a car exchange but should you have a car then the apartment has a garage.

The apartment is situated in a very quiet area yet is in 5 minute walking distance of Stockbridge, an area of Edinburgh with cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, boutiques and a Saturday market. The centre of Edinburgh - Princes Street is a 15-20 minute walk and there are bus stops close by if public transport is preferred.
