Description de notre maison d'échange
We have a semidetached house with a small inbuilt courtyard incl guest house with bathroom but no separate entrance.
On the first floor open plan living with kitchen, living room and bathroom plus doors to the courtyard which is a bit of Tuscany or Provence in Sweden.
Upstairs sleeping room and bathroom with washing and drycleaner.
Very quiet street and we can always park not more than 25 meters away from the door.

Description de notre quartier et ses alentours
Quiet suburb only 15 minutes by bus from Malmö city and 45 minutes by bus/train to Copenhagen.
Less than 5 minutes walking distance we have a great variety of restaurants, shops etc.
5 minutes in the other direction there is a large harbor for sailing boats and motor yachts. 10 minutes by foot (5 by cycle) is the beach and with all year around sauna.
We have two standard citybikes.
