Our narrowboat is moored in a beautiful spot on the Leeds -Liverpool canal at the small village of Salterforth on the border between Lancashire & Yorkshire. Setting sail in either direction enables you to sail through beautiful countryside & explore some lovely villages & towns along the way at your leisure. Heading east along the canal takes you through East Merton, Gargrave (all amenities) & the beautiful traditional market town of Skipton with the Victorian model village of Saltaire beyond https://www.google.com/search?q=saltaire

Our narrowboat is very easy to sail and we will give you help in handling the 1st locks, the canals are very dog friendly and we welcome well behaved dogs, We ask that you leave the boat as you found it and we will supply clean linen and towels.
