On the top floor of a traditional apartment building built in 1827 - note that there are three flights of stairs to reach the flat and no lift so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Comfortable twin windowed traditional drawing room with stunning views. Newly fitted beautiful kitchen.

The Georgian New Town is Edinburgh’s most exclusive neighbourhood featuring famously stunning Georgian buildings. Stockbridge is packed with lovely restaurants, shops and bars. The flat is ten minutes walk north of the city centre and ten minutes walk south of the beautiful Royal Botanical Gardens and Inverleith Park. It is five minutes to the Water of Leith river walkway and a one minute walk to the heart of Stockbridge.

Our flat is in excellent condition and kept spotlessly clean by our fabulous housekeeper Aga. We would like to exchange with properties which are also well maintained, clean and tidy. We apologise that the flat is not available in August 2020.
