Everything went very smoothly with the exchange. Communication was easy, and clear. The house was comfortable and super clean. Our house was left just as we would wish it. We have no hesitation in recommending Mel and Simon's home for a lovely exchange.

We felt very well in Mel's and Simons comfortable house! At the house were detailed informations about the house and the region. We enjoyed very much the dining corner with the wonderful view to the garden and the countryside. The communication with Mel before and during the holiday was perfect. We can recommend this house and the lovely area for holidays.

A lovely straightforward exchange for half term week. We particularly loved the kitchen/family area looking onto the garden & spent all our time when we were at home there. Well placed for lots of National Trust properties & we took full advantage of our membership. Lots of lovely villages to explore so a great area. It was nice to hear from Emma and Freya that they had enjoyed their stay in Dorset.

We had a lovely time staying in the Boswell’s home. Plenty of space, amazing views and the chickens were fun to play with and easy to look after. This location is a great base for exploring Cheltenham and the Cotswolds. We would highly recommend Aquaventure but definitely go for the wetsuit hire!!

We had a lovely stay in Mel and Simon`s house. We speciWeally enjoyed the sitting and dining area in the bright extension with the its deck and garden in front of it. (We expect the view from the extension into the garden must be great after the trees have lost their leaves so you can see the hill even better.) The house is very cosy and is a good starting point for walks in the Cotswolds. We really loved the cycling tours Simon made for us, like the tour to the beautiful village of Bibury. As we love live musik we were pleasantly surprised to hear a band in ´The Royal` where we had a dinner. Cheltenham is also worthwhile visiting because of the Regency buildings, lots of opportunities for wining and dining, we did not know one can organize a cheese and chilli festival but in Cheltenham they can and it was very nice to try all those wunderfull cheeses and chilli's of course. Mel and Simon took great care of our house and garden and we want to thank them for watering our plants on roof terrace and garden. We can recommend their house for a swop.

We had a lovely time in Mel and Simon's house. The kitchen and the living area are nicely renovated and full of light. The house is on the outskirts in a nice residential area and serves as a great base to explore the surrounding beauty - the Cotswolds and its many tiny villages, Oxford, Stratford upon Avon. There are lots of walks one can do in the area and plenty of walk tips at their home. We had a lovely 7-day stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our break in Charlton Kings. The walks from the house took us up onto the Cotwolds Fothpath and beyond. I took the opportunity to swim outdoors in the lido, a real treat only minutes away and there were many towns and villages to visit within easy reach. A good base from which to explore the Cotswolds.

Kai loved the chickens - as to be expected! He also played the piano a surprising amount, played with the wooden train set and rode the lesser girly bike! We visited NT places and admired the beautiful yellow stone villages. It was a good place from which to see my friends in Worcester and Charlton Kings. I'm still learning and realised that I should have given details of the local health centre in my House Book, as you did in yours. Thank you for letting us stay in your house. Joanna
