Our family consists of Derrick and Anne. We are fit and active and have taken early retirement , so we are available outside school holidays. We have no animals but like animals ( we regularly walk with the local dog group here). We are keen cyclists and enjoying checking out any Roman antiquities on our travels.

Description de notre maison d'échange
Detached 3 bedroom ( 2 doubles, 1 single) , 1.5 bathroom with walled garden. There are two large reception rooms, large kitchen , toilet and shower room and utility room on the ground floor all with hard flooring. The first floor has 3 bedrooms , a bathroom , and a craft room that could be converted to another single room.

We live central to Stratford, The Cotswolds, Oxford , Birmingham, and London ( 1 hour by train). There are various National Trust , English Heritage properties , and the specials like Blenheim Palace to visit. Lots of open walkable country side, woodlands and villages with local pubs , and cafés. There is a local co-op, and petrol station in the village, but there are bigger supermarkets in Banbury.

Although we do not have any pets , we are happy for animals to stay. Normal usage of heating is accepted , but we would expect international calls to be paid for. We would like our house to be clean and tidy on returning. The garden pots may need some watering in the sunnier weather.
