Cosy and comfortable family home, dating from 1925, located near the border of the city of Zutphen which has a medieval centre and located near the river IJssel (part of the Rhine).
It's the half of double house.
On the ground floor there is the main entrance, hall, toilet, stairs to the first floor, as well as a living and dining room (could be split through sliding doors) as well as our open kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee maker, water cooker and dish washer. There's a piano too. Private garden with terrace, trees and shadow as well as sun.
Neighbours rather close so one has to prevent noise.
On the first floor there are 3 rooms of which 1 with a double bed and 1 with a single bed) and the bathroom (shower as well as bath and sink). in the 3rd room there's no bed but if needed somebody could sleep on a matrass. On the second floor there's an extra bed.
In the living room (ground level) our sofa could be turned into a double bed as well.
On the second floor is our washing machine. The house is central heated (mostly not needed in the summer). We have no airco but there are some fans if needed.
Free parking in front of the house in the street. Busstop at 200 m and train station (with good connections to Arnhem, Zwolle as well as Amsterdam and Schiphol airport) at 10 minutes walking.
Zutphen has nice terraces and restaurants, museums, and nice surrounding where you could walk and ride a bike. Nearby are also possibilities for paragliding, horseriding, canooing (small quiet river) etc.
