The house is near the centre of Utrecht (10 min walk). It is a modern home with all facilities needed for a comfortable living. The house had three floors and the groundfloor is rented to a student, that has her own kitschen and bathroom. The two upper floor has a living, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the firstfloor there is a terras.
Utrecht is an old city dominated by the Dom Tower (14th century). The city is home to the largest university of the Netherlands and the city is very lively with students. Accros the street there is a bus stop and the bus will bring you in 5 minutes to the central station with connections to all major cities. Amsterdam 25 minutes, Rotterdam 30 minutes and The Hague 30 min.
