Located in a gated community of bungalows adjacent to a natural preserve in the heart of South Limburg.
This is a fully equipped home of 1600sf (140m2), with 5 bedrooms and 10 beds + baby crib. There are 2 full bath rooms and a 3rd toilet in the hall. Both have a shower and separate baths, including a Jacuzzi bath.
This home includes a fully equipped kitchen (gas burners, combi-oven, built in refrigerator & freezer, dishwasher), Utra HD TV + 50 cable channels + WiFi.
The bungalow is on a quiet street with a side and front garden. Private driveway parking for 2 compact Cars and 2 gate passes.
The home is equipped with bed linens and towels for all guests.

Description de notre quartier et ses alentours
Our neighborhood is a gated community, located in the heart of a community of 2nd homes with easy access to a nature preserve called the Brunssummerheide. Because of the gated access, this park is really quiet and serene. There are many walking trails (2km to 10km) you can take through the Reserve. At the entrance of the park, there is also a really charming restaurant with a great selection of food (Hamburgers, Pizza, Chef's salad and much more). Enjoy a Belgian beer on the large outdoor terras overlooking the bungalow park. Visit the stargazing facility on the Brunssum reserve, which is open every Friday evening to the public. There is easy access using the bus service just outside the gate of the park.

he home is located next to a nature preserve called the Brunssummerheide with great walking trails. The home is part of a larger community of rental homes. About 50% are privately owned (like this one is), the remaining homes are rented through Europarcs.
Must see: Maasstricht (32kms), Phantasia attraction park in Germany (93km); Gulpen beer tasting and factory tour !
Close to home:
1) Gaia Zoo with a very large family of (400+) flamingo's
2) Movie theaters (5 euros on Tuesday's)
3) Star gazing on Friday's at the park
4) Bowling (at least 3 different locations in the area; call ahead though !)
5) Golfing (around 60,- p.p. for 18 holes)
6) Shopping
Cities close by: Brussels Airport (75 min drive); Amsterdam (2 hr drive; also good connection by train), Dusseldorf airport (1 hr is a cheap alternative airport to schiphol or Brussels)

We would appreciate it if at Check-out time you leave the home in the condition you arrived.
1. DEPOSIT your TRASH in the appropriate large gray bins located at the entrance parking lot of Euro Parcs
2. The KITCHEN is tidy:
• Left over foods are removed from the refrigerator.
• Dishes are CLEAN & the Dishwasher is EMPTY.
3. All TOWELS and BED LINNENS are collected in the hall downstairs.
4. FOR EARLY Departures, please leave the GATE PASS on the kitchen table and the keys in the LOCK BOX. If you like, you can also call PETRA to assist you with your check-out.
