Mix of upmarket holiday homes on lake front plus permanent residents. On Lions Walk - 8 k cycle or walking path to and from Taupo CBD to other beaches. Quiet and residential. 6k walk/cycle/drive to Taupo CMD

From our house you can stroll to a pub with bistro meals, a fish and chip shop plus a dairy (convenience store). Or walk the other direction and go to Two Mile Bay Sailing Club for fabulous pizzas, music some days and beer or wine on the lake edge. Forty minute walk to Taupo town. Walk or cycle the lake edge. Walk a third direction to full supermarket.
Scenic flights are available over the lake or mountains. Plenty of cafes and art places or two weekend markets to keep you occupied. Hot pools available near by.

Top quality care offered for your home and we wish the same for our home. Pets to be negotiated. Currently we have one non shedding standard poodle. In NZ he travels with us (with his own bed) and we would prefer to take him with us. Our property is fenced if you wish to bring your well behaved, house trained dog with its own bed. We have five house swaps not used totaling 85 days due to Covid in our previous property . We have been swapping since 2012 - all very successfully.
