The house is clean with option of separate bachelor flat with additional bath room. It will be cleaned by cleaning lady, but keep it in good shape as well yourself.
The garden/plants need some water, as well as the pool ones/twice a week. Dustbin to bring outside the gate on Tuesday mornings.
You can use for small extra fee, a fully equipped Land Rover Defender (not new anymore, but technically fine; 4-6 places, with roof tent, fridge etc. ) is available.
