An art-and-crafts house typical of the era, it has an entry-way leading to living room and in-line dining area. The sunny kitchen is fully outfitted with gas range and granite counters. Outside stairs from the kitchen lead to a peaceful back garden with sitting area and BBQ. Master bedroom has king-size bed and ample storage. Office/bedroom beside the bathroom has pull-out couch and second TV. Washer and dryer are in basement. Access to the house is via steps front and back.
