We are a two professionals who have a young son and daughter. We love to travel, explore new places and learn about different cultures, especially their wines and food. We keep a very tidy home with tasteful décor and lots of kitchen supplies as we love to cook. We live in downtown Vancouver, BC very close to Granville Island, the seawall and all that beautiful Vancouver has to offer.

We have a well appointed townhome a few minutes walk to Vancouver's seawall. It has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
On the top floor is a living room, dining room, kitchen and bedroom/office. Off of the living room and dining room is a good sized roof-top patio overlooking the City of Vancouver. Both the kitchen and the roof top patio are brand new as of summer 2023.
On the middle floor is the master bedroom, ensuite washroom, main washroom with laundry and a kids' bedroom (with a double, double bunk bed).
On the lower floor is a large bedroom/rec room , closet space and a garage (used for storage, living space). This is where the entry way is.
If accessibility is a concern, our home may not be ideal as there are stairs only between the three floors.
Please note that with small, school aged children, our availability for an exchange is limited to March 15-30th and July or August, 2025.

Our neighbourhood is in central Vancouver but is fairly quiet as it is not right on a main thoroughfare. For food, we are walking distance to the Granville Island market, numerous fresh seafood vendors and supermarkets. We are also very close to the 28km long seawall where you can walk, run, cycle or skate your way around Vancouver's beautiful Oceanside properties. The skytrain is a 10 minute walk from our place and there are numerous bus lines that run in every direction from close to our home as well.

From our home it is a very short walk to many of the sites that Vancouver has to offer: restaurants, beaches, cafes, Granville Island, Science World etc.
