HomeLinker since 2008 with a break
300 mt from Terme di Caracalla, 600 mt from Colosseo. 5 minutes' walk to Underground.
A funny and cozy home with a sunny living and large kitchen. One double bedroom and two single rooms, one is with bed upstairs on a cozy small mezzanine with a ladder stairway. Two bathrooms. The wide terrace has the view on the ancient city walls and it's enjoyable in every season.
We also have a large Summer House available for exchange in the beautiful seaside area of Circeo - Terracina (Lazio: ca 100 km from Rome) - if interested we can send you some photos!!

Perfect area as well connected to everywhere in Rome (from Railway Station to EUR), really near to the center you can go by feet to Caracalla Baths, Colosseum, San Giovanni Basilica...The street has become a new very lively area with many trendy restaurants and still traditional shops, as good bakeries, coffe shops and a typical market. Beside the commercial activities it is a green area, with gardens all long the ancient city walls and the lovely Villa Celimontana at 3 min.
