We had a wonderful few days in this beautiful home in the stunning Kilkenny countryside. Honora and Diarmuid's house is stylish and very comfortable and there was so much space for our large family. The gardens are also stunning and have a wonderful playhouse, swing set and trampoline. Honora was very easy to communicate with and gave great suggestions of good places to visit. We spent several days exploring Kilkenny itself and the castle tour was a real highlight. The grounds of Kilkenny castle are also beautiful and we had a great day walking around the lake, at the playground and enjoying a picnic. We would really recommend this home for a stunning Kilkenny break.

We had a fantastic few days here. The house is spacious and had so much to offer for our girls, with a huge garden, trampoline, slide and swings. The house is so close to Kilkenny. There were lots of playgrounds and green spaces for kids to enjoy in the area. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Honora and Diarmuid were very friendly and communication was open and easy. We would highly recommend this house for a swap!

We felt in love with Kilkenny and spent two wonderful weeks in Ireland: we enjoyed our day-trips to the West, to the East and to the South. The Bergin family made many suggestions where to go (e.g. the Bantry Peninsula, the Waterford Greenway, the Brú Ború Heritage Centre). With their car we explored the south of Ireland. It was a great adventure for all of us. We felt very welcome in their spacious house, located in the green with a fantastic view to the horizon. This house is perfect for sommer vacation, especially if you want to relax! We met the Bergin family at the Berlin airport at the beginning and two weeks later we met them in Dublin. We talked and talked and talked and could not stop as if we were old friends. At the end both families expressed their wish to stay in contact. Thank you for this great adventure and your kindness!
