Built on 2 levels, the villa (a stone's throw from the very popular Aguada Beach) is the hard work of a loving, warm family and their efforts are evident in the photos. Besides the obvious generous sizes of the living, sitting, bedroom and bathroom areas is the warmth and open arm hospitality of the caretaker's family.
The welcoming doorway of the villa opens onto an expansive living area with air-conditioners, dining section, comfortable living zone, kitchen, first bedroom, a step onto the upper level brings you onto 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms and sit out areas between the bedrooms with a television and expansive view. The upper bedrooms have views overlooking the community and neighbouring villa , the inner sit out area has comfortable sofa seating with a private television.
All bedrooms have split air conditioning system, attached ensuite bathrooms (with toilet soaps, towels, toilet roll, bucket), quality fittings and bedding, ceiling fan, and generous views.
There is a fully equipped kitchen complete with a refrigerator, microwave, cooking system, utensils, cutlery, etc. with an option for self cooking or hiring a cook (on availability).
The Villa is maintained by a professional housekeeping team catering to a cluster of 25 privately owned villas, all part of a gated and secure 8 acre compound with round-the-clock security, green lawns, pools, fountains, tropical trees, and flower bedecked streets. The guests can avail of additional facilities within the community. To begin with there are 2 clean, filtered and well maintained free form swimming pools, superbly equipped gymnasium lush green parks, 8 feet pool table, Medical shop, travel desk, doctor-on-call, WiFi connectivity (usage fee applies), a 7am - 11pm Coffee Shop offering a host of temptations alongwith a Sports Bar & Recreation Center, offering guests multicuisine delights.
