Welcome to our place and discover a bit of the authentic Paris while remaining in the shadow of the Eiffel Tower.

This spacious recently renovated 50 m2 apartment is located in a calm district (XV) in Paris next to the two metro stations (line 8 and 12), tram and bus stops. The flat is perfect for a couple or a family with one child.
It features a double bedroom, a kitchen open to a spacious bright living/dining area, separate bathroom and WC. The living/dining area, accessible from the entry hall, is fitted with a large sofa (convertible into double bed and can accommodate extra two-guests), armchairs, work desk and a modern flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need for cooking your favorite meals. We also have a big wood dining table with 4 chairs.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (or two floors above ground level), and there is an elevator in the building.
Our apartment is a great base for calm, comfortable and authentic staying in Paris. It is situated close to the major sights, but not in a crowded touristic area. The Eiffel Tower is just 30 minutes’ walk or 10 min by metro from our building. It takes 15 min by metro to place de la Concorde or 20 min to Opera.
You will easily find a number of supermarkets (also open on Sunday), a pharmacy, a couple of boulangeries and nice bars and restaurants with terrace just next to our place.
