Our (82 sq. M.) very bright and colourful duplex-apartment is located at the 3rd and 4th floors, at the top of a charming small typical building of 1900, very close to Paris, on the « Mont Valérien » hill. This district essentially consists in detached houses and small buildings, and is one of the most pleasant very close to Paris. The area and the house are very quiet.

On the first level, you will find the living-room and the dining-room. Both have ancient parquet with Orient-carpets and and each one an old chimey piece. This double-room is very sunny and bright. The kitchen was fully renovated and is very convenient and functional, even not too big. The bath-room was also fully renovated in 2017. Both bathroom and kitchen have coloured old stone floors. Also on the first level, there are two bedrooms with parquet, each one for one people. One oft them may be used by two people, for example two teen-agers, as there is a trundle bed underneath. Everywhere int the house you will find paintings, pictures and books.

At the second floor (under the roof), you will find the main bedroom with a double bed and some places of rest. This part of he house has exposed beams.
Careful: there is no lift in our small building.

Due to the environment of the apartment, the sun is all day long in it and you will have a very clear view on the surrounding area. You will have from our house the most beautiful sunsets of France. It can be unbelievable but it is true.

Bus station to La Défense (main business district of Paris) is at 1 minute. You reach La Défense in 4-5 minutes. After that, you can go to the « Arc de Triomphe de l’Étoile » of Paris in about 5 minutes by RER (fast subway.) By car, you reach the « Islands of the Impressionnists » (on river Seine), the marvellous rose-garden « Parc de Bagatelle », Napoleon’s private castle of « Malmaison » or the « Castle of Monte-Christo » in 10-15 minutes, and the Castle of Versailles in about 30 minutes… Just above our house, you can walk or run in the park oft he Mont Valérien, around the top of our hill.
