Mansion from the 19th century right in the centre of Saint Brieuc. The beaches are only 10 min away on the car or you can also get there on a bike in 20 min. The house is right in front of a park with a brand new playground for kids. A great market takes place every Wednesday and Saturday only 2 min walk from the house. You can also walk down to the port of Legué which is becoming the place to be with nice bars and restaurants. We have a nice little garden perfect to eat out or play with the kids. You can walk to the train station in 15 min and the fast train will get you in Paris in 2h15.
