This is a nice and cosy appartement, perfect for a couple, in Paris, 9e Arrondissement (23m2).
It is little but very well organized (see the desk I've made...) to garanty space gain. It has two rooms : one for the living-room and kitchen (that is fully equipped, except for a dishwasher), one for the double bed (so comfy) and the bathroom.
This flat has two large windows in each room that allow beautiful light. The vew lead to the intern court of the building, with a large tree.
All main attractions can be reached by 4 subway and bus stations, all by 1 to 5 min by walk. (metro :13, 12, 9, 14, 2 and RER A)
You can reach for example the Eiffel Tower, the Champs Elysées, Le Grand Palais, l'Arc de Triomphe very easily. There is also a large park and few museum that can be reached by foot for less or more that 15 min... !
And with a MAJOR BONUS : The train station near the flat can lead you in 45min, to Giverny, the city of the famous painter Claude Monet : you can spent a lovely day in his garden, house and museum, and come back easily, bus and train are provided by the town.
