We're living in a Passive House made out of wood, with a south-west oriented window wall which gives the impression to live in the backyard. It is bright, cosy and warm in winter, cool in summer !

The big living room features a kitchen, a dining room and a cosy part with a home cinema and sofas. The two children bedrooms are big with mezzanine bed that are 100 % secured. One of them has an extra convertible 1 size sofa if needed.

We also have two adult bedrooms, one on the 1st floor and has its own bathroom with shower and sink. The second bathroom has a shower and a bathroom but is shared with the 2 children bedrooms that are on the same level.

The house has a 40m2 wooden terrace with a BBQ and an external table + chairs, and a trampoline for the kids amusement.

Finally, there is a parking place in the basement, and bikes for adults and children as well.
