Nous vous proposons notre maison sur l'Ile de Noirmoutier sur la commune de La Guérinière. Elle comprend 2 chambres, une pièce de vie avec un coin cuisine refait à neuf (août 2017), une salle de bain avec une douche. L'extérieur côté jardin est très calme car il donne sur une pinède qui fait le grand bonheur des enfants. La maison est dans un village privé avec un gardien à votre disposition le matin si vous avez besoin. En été, le boulanger est présent à l'entrée du village et Marco le marchand de glace passe tous les jours depuis plus de 30 ans ! La mer est accessible à pied à 300 mètres. Il y a possibilité d'utilisé des cours de tennis gratuitement. Notre maison fait dodo d'octobre à fin mars et ne sera donc pas disponible durant cette période.
We exchange our house on the island of Noirmoutier (La Guérinière). It includes 2 bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen area , a bathroom with a shower. The outside garden is very quiet as it overlooks a pine forest. The children can play in security. The house is in a private village with a caretaker at your disposal in the morning if you need. In summer, the baker is present at the entrance of the village and Marco the ice cream man has been there every day for more than 30 years! The sea can be reached by foot : 300 meters away. There is a possibility to use tennis courts for free. Our house is sleeping from October to the end of March and will not be available during this period.

L'ile est accessible soit via le pont ou par le passage du Gois que l'on ne peut franchir qu'à marée basse. Ici, vous pourrez faire des activités nautiques, pêcher à pied, faire du vélo (pistes cyclables partout), flâner dans les rues ou vous reposer sur la plage. Au printemps, c'est la période du mimosa et le début de la saison....l'Ile se réveille en douceur. En été, impossible de s'ennuyer, il y a des activités et animations tous les jours, des marchés plusieurs fois par semaine, des crêpes au caramel beurre salé à dévorer, des marais salants à découvrir, un château, un aquarium, une piscine avec toboggans, un port de pêche très vivant, 2 cinémas...bref, tout ce qu'il faut pour des vacances de rêve.

The island is accessible either via the bridge or "the passage du Gois" which can only be crossed at low tide. What can you do in our area ? water activities, go fishing by foot, cycle (bike paths everywhere), go for a stroll along the beach or relax, go to the markets.... During the spring, it is the mimosa period and the beginning of the season .... the island wakes up gently. In summer, you can not get bored, there are activities every day, markets several times a week, caramel pancakes with salted butter, salt marshes to discover, a castle, an aquarium, a swimming pool with slides, a very lively fishing port, 2 cinemas ... everything you need for a dream holiday. And the "puy du fou" park is at 1h30 drive.
