On the ground floor level of the apartment building there is a shopping center with a supermarket, a pharmacy, a laundry, a tobacconist, a bakery, a pizzeria ... In case of emergency, the military Percy hospital is within a 5 minutes walk.

Issy-les-Moulineaux is a very quiet and secure suburban town that offers a lot of activities for children. There are 4 parks around the block and a skate park within a 7 minute walk. There is also the Halle des Epinettes (3 minutes walk), a real education center for images where children's films are projected and where there are dance and theater performances. Not to mention the educational farms and gardens.

Also, depending on the weather, you can walk on the banks of Seine or Seguin Island (30 minutes by tram #2 or a 40 minute walk) and enjoy many restaurants.

Regarding transport, from the apartment:
- in 7 minutes by foot you get to the RER C line of the suburban train which will take you to the center of Paris: Champs de Mars-Eiffel Tower (4 stops - 11 min), Invalides (16 min), Musée d'Orsay (19 min), Notre Dame de Paris (22 min), among others, it also takes you to the Château de Versailles (16 min)
- In 5 min walk you could take the #123 bus which will take you to the center of Issy les Moulineaux and to the subway line #12, connecting you to the Parisian metro. If you decide to go to the center on foot it will take you 17 minutes.

- In 15 min you can get to the exhibition park of the Porte de Versailles (https://www.foiredeparis.fr/) by taking the #2 line of the Tram
