Notre maison

Description de notre maison d'échange

A peaceful house in a small community with pool and a tennis court. Our home has 2 floors, downstairs we have a guest bedroom (double) with a private bathroom and also the open plan kitchen and the living space that opens to the private garden. Upstairs, we have another double bedroom with private bathroom and a single bedroom along with an office space. Located on a small green hill on top of some of Costa Brava´s best beaches and coast towns. It is our little paradise, where we live in sync with nature and enjoy the scenic forests, hiking trails, stunning beaches in walking distance. The house is also very well located to discover and enjoy the Emporda region, famous with delicious local wine and gastronomy.

Description de notre quartier et ses alentours

Our house is located on top of the historic San Sebastia hill above the beautiful beaches of Llafranc and Calella de Palafrugell. In our residential community, there are 19 houses that share the swimming pool and the tennis court. We are surrounded with pine trees, forest trails that lead to small secluded beaches and little coastal villages. The nearest town, Palafrugell, is where you can find everything you need from supermarkets to the famous daily farmers market for fresh produce.

We love our home and we spend almost all of our time in the house, so it is very important for us to keep it clean and tidy. We respect nature and enjoy spending time in our garden, so we would appreciate if you can take care of the outside area as much as the inside of the house.

We hope you will enjoy your time, in peace and tranquility. Needless to say, it is not allowed to have parties or play loud music in the house or the shared spaces in the community.

Due to fire hazards, especially during summer, it is strictly prohibited and very dangerous to have open fire, including the use of the firepit in the garden. When using the gas barbecue for cooking only, please never leave it unattended and make sure to disconnect the gas after each use.

We are more than happy to share what we leave in the kitchen, but we kindly ask you not to leave any food waste (especially meat) inside as this will attract animals (especially ants). We do not consume any animal products, so we appreciate your attention to cleanliness of our cookware and utensils.
