Our wonderful, centrally located, sunny and airy 124 m2 flat lies right next to the river (and the childrens Island) and across from the National Theater.
Renovated in 2011, this apartment features 2 bedrooms (one downstairs and one upstairs with beautiful skylight windows), an open living room and kitchen floor plan with bar, downstairs bathroom with tub, an upstairs tv room/office gallery with a small alcove that is great for a visiting child and an upstair bathroom with shower. Flat is located on the 5/6th floor and does not have a lift.
The flat is located next to the river on the Castle side bordering Mala Strana. Also located nearby are the main tram and metro lines to get you anywhere in the city within minutes. World class restaurants, beer pubs and wonderful parks within minutes' walking distance. As we are next to the river Vltava, this is a wonderful location with its many jazz boats, restaurants and a riverside promenade making for an ideal location to explore Prague.

we are located directly across the river from the National Theater and minutes away from many of Prague's most desirable restaurants, cultural monuments, galleries and of course Prague Castle. Our neighborhood has many wonderful cafes and restaurants within walking distance. An ideal location for exploring the heart of this medieval city along the banks of the Vltava.

Greetings, we are already committed to family for the Christmas and New Years, but we would welcome someplace warm to visit during January and February for 1 or 2 weeks. Hong Kong, Thailand or somewhere in Asia near a beach is preferable. We are open to ideas and suggestions so feel free to drop us a line.
