1915 house that has been totally renovated since we bought it in 2009. 3 bdrms- main bedroom with queen bed, 2nd bedroom with a queen wall bed, kids bedroom with bunk bed, a single sofa bed, 2 full bath- tub and shower, backyard with hot tub, 2 BBQs/grills, fire table, 2 patio heaters.

From our house, it is a short walk to parks, shopping, cafes and restaurants. 10 min. drive to community center with gym, indoor pool, ice rink, and also to Botanical Gardens, conservatory, theaters, museums.
Only 10 min. drive to downtown, beaches or Stanley Park, 40 min. to local mountains for hiking, sightseeing, skiing- Grouse has a gondola to the top, 1 hour to closest lakes- for swimming, kayaking/canoeing, 1-1/4 hours to Sea to Sky gondola in Squamish and another 45 min from there to Whistler, 2-1/2 hours to Seattle, USA, 4-1/2 hours to Okanagan.

House rules: Absolutely No Partying! We live above tenants that live downstairs and they have 2 young kids. We also have tenants in a Laneway house in the back. Either of these tenants will let us know if you are partying or being too loud!
