Description de notre maison d'échange
We live in Canada, close to Montreal, on a quiet lake. We have 4 bedrooms. Our house has a beautiful view of the lake with a small beach access. Perfect for children. We have a Wolf gas stove, dishwasher, microwave. We also own a 100 acre property on which we go hiking. There are also trails and bike paths 15 minutes away, mountain climbing, weekly farmer`s market 20 min away. A world class theater is 15 minutes away. The charming town of Val-David is 18 minutes from the house and Montreal is 90 km away. (approx 1 hour) Mont-Tremblant, another picturesque village is 45 minutes away. After day tripping, you can go for a dip in the lake then relax on the porch with a view of the lak

Description de notre quartier et ses alentours
We live at the end of the street and the area is very quiet. A car is essential. If you like peace and quiet, this place is great. There is a dock and a kayak and canoe for your use. There is a tiny beach to easily access water (not to walk on). A top notch bike path is 15 minutes away by car on which you can go up to 100km. You can go hiking on your private 100 acre property (5 minute walk from the house) or go on marked trails 15 minutes away. Shopping is 15 minutes away.

Our house is in a quiet area where you can just relax and enjoy the lake. You can do kayaking, canoeing, swimming and fishing. Only 15 minutes away are charming towns with small shops, restaurants and grocery store. In the village of Val-Morin, 12 minutes away, there is a top notch theater and hiking trails and bike path. Montreal is only 90 km away and Mont Tremblant, another picturesque village is 45 minutes away. A charming restaurant in Val-Morin where the owners make you feel like you are at home. In the summer, there are weekly concerts on the river in the village. Every Saturday, there is a farmer`s market in Val-David, 18 minutes away.
