Our home is situated in a safe, family-oriented neighbourhood. It is an 8 minute walk to the subway station and from there, 15 minutes to the heart of downtown. We have parking for 1 car in the driveway and a street parking permit for our other vehicle. Immediately in the walking vicinity, you will find a grocery store, restaurants, banks, drug stores, playspaces, parks and more. A quick bus ride even takes to you the famed Ashbridges Bay and Toronto Beach.

The home is renovated from top to bottom and features 3 bedrooms and 4 washrooms. The full sized kitchen features all the amenities you need to make a feast and seats 2 at the island counter plus up to 8 at the extended dining table. Off the dining room is set of patio doors leading to a small deck with a BBQ. The BBQ is hooked up to the natural gas line so you never run out of gas! Off the kitchen is a mudroom and a 2 piece powder room. A bathroom on the main floor is rare in Toronto!

Upstairs you will find 3 sizeable bedrooms. The master features a queen bed and a stunning ensuite marble bathroom with stand up glass shower. There is a second washroom upstairs featuring a tub/shower combination. Both bathrooms have heated floor capability. One bedroom is equipped with a crib while the other features a toddler bed (which we can replace with a full sized bed).

The basement is a large open rec space for kids to play and everyone to enjoy movies. The TV is 65" big and has direct access to Netflix. Please note the height of the basement is about 6' only. The basement features another bathroom with a shower and also has a separate laundry room with laundry tub and full capacity washer/dryer.

The neighbours on the street are very friendly and most have young children. Most of the time, kids play safely in the yards or even the street (street ball) as there is minimal traffic in the area. Our street is not a shortcut anywhere so mainly residents coming and going. The backyard is super sunny in the afternoon (almost too sunny) and has a swingset for little tots. Otherwise, there is not much open grass space back there.
