Description de notre maison d'échange
Our light and spacious duplex penthouse is situated in the absolute heart of Antwerp. We are on the fifth floor and are surrounded on three sides by 240 sq meters of private terraces giving extensive views across the city. We are orientated towards the south and receive sun all the day.
Despite being so central the elevation and position means we are shielded from all the sounds of the city. You are far more likely to hear birds singing rather than traffic noise. It is extraordinarily tranquil and relaxing.
Our home is tastefully decorated with all amenities - there is a spacious living area with open kitchen. The deck is equipped with a dining area, seating, fire-pit , outdoor kitchen, jacuzzi, table tennis and running machine. There is an elevator to the apartment.

Antwerp is a lively and vibrant city with a rich cultural history and traditions. Situated in the very centre of the city our home is steps away from shopping, restaurants, bistros, cafes, bars, theatres, multiplex cinema and cultural attractions. All is at hand. Metro, tram, bus and train stations are all close by. There is a weekly market close by. The city park and the zoo are both a short walk.
Antwerp is very orientated towards cyclists - there are two bikes you may borrow.
Antwerp is a great location to explore Belgium and neighbouring countries. Ghent, Brugge, Bruxelles is only 30 minutes away by train or car. High speed train connections mean that Paris, Amsterdam, Koln or London can all be reached in little over two hours.
