Our home is in a beautiful peaceful setting overlooking the Tweed Valley and the mountains beyond, yet only 10 minutes drive to some of the Gold Coast's most beautiful beaches in one direction and amazing waterfalls, bushwalking and rainforests in the other direction. Our home is set on 1/2 hectare and has two homes. One is 4 bedrooms, study, 2 bathrooms and outdoor living areas whilst the other is 3 bedrooms, sunroom, 2 bathrooms and outdoor living areas.

There is a beautiful salt water swimming pool and complete privacy wherever you are on the property. Either home may be available for your exchange/swap dependent on how many people and what time of year you wish to come. Enjoy the plentiful bird life from our large deck, where you can hand feed the Kookaburras, Magpies and Butcher Birds if you wish.

Our home is medium size and mostly open living. All on one level with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Additionally there is a southerly facing 'sun room' or 'toy room' and an easterly facing semi enclosed entertaining deck. From anywhere in the home you look out to the gum trees and valley beyond with not a house in sight. The master bedroom is large with a queen bed and ensuite.The second bedroom has a baby cot and can also have a queen bed. The third bedroom is smaller and has a single bed only and the sun room has a double futon/sofa bed.

The large kitchen and dining is modern and once again takes in the views of the valley. BBQ available on the deck.

The house has reverse cycle air conditioning making it comfortable in summer or winter. Wireless internet and netflix connected. A double lock up garage.

The Gold Coast Airport is only 13kms (14 mins drive) from us and the Brisbane international airport 120kms (1 hr 23 mins by car or catch the airport train and only 20 mins from train station). The Gold Coast airport flies numerous times daily to all states in Australia and New Zealand.

There are many golf courses, surfing beaches, swimming beaches, bush walking tracks, bird watching locations, and many more adventure sports and quaint towns, all within 10-60 minutes driving.

The garden, swings, trampoline, sand pit and and more will have any children so entertained that it may be hard to get them to leave the property.
