Description de notre maison d'échange
We are on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, QLD. We are in Sippy Downs, near the University on the Sunshine Coast. This is a comfortable, clean and simple home with an ensuite + 2B + 1 bathroom. Very centrally located, easy quick access of less than 5 minutes to Bruce Highway for a drive either towards Brisbane or to Noosa. Just 15 minutes drive to beaches and restaurants of Mooloolaba, Caloundra, Alexandra Headlands and Maroochydore. Very conveniently located near the shopping complex of Chancellor Park or coffee shops and several fast food outlets. My car is an automatic 2021 Nissan Quasqai.

The house is located within the Fig Tree Pocket, a newer area of the suburb of the Sippy Downs. It is a quiet neighborhood with modern houses built one next to each other. There are a few bus routes servicing the suburb but a car is essential. Across the back of our house, 5 minutes walk, is the Mooloolah River National park. Less than 5 minutes drive are supermarkets, bottle shops and a few nice coffee shops and restaurants.

The 2 cats will stay in the house but alternative arrangements for their care can be done with neighbors and friends if you plan to stay away from the house for a couple of days while staying in our house. It's a very easy house to keep it clean and tidy so it is important that it is left as clean and tidy as originally found.
