We are an extended family of five living in a two-in-one home. Grandparents, Donna and David, live upstairs in a fully self-contained apartment while daughter Jenna and her two girls live downstairs in the family home. David and Donna have recently retired and Jenna is a nurse.

Description de notre maison d'échange
We have a two-in-one home with a fully self-contained apartment upstairs and a family home downstairs.
The upstairs apartment is only two years old and is perfect for a single person, couple or, in combination with the family home downstairs, a family. The apartment is light and airy with one double bedroom (with ensuite), study, living room, open plan kitchen/dining, laundry, and front and rear balconies.
The downstairs home has three double bedrooms, study, bathroom, laundry, and a large kitchen/dining/family area which opens onto a Mediterranean-style terrace and private back garden.
The apartment and family home are connected through a lockable interior door and are available for swap as a whole or separately.

It is a diverse area with quiet leafy streets; a vibrant cafe, bar and restaurant scene; beautiful parks and gardens; and the stunning Swan River on its border. As home owners we know how important it is to have our house well cared for. We are committed to taking good care of our house swap homes and expect that whoever comes to our home will do the same. It is important for us to come home to a clean and tidy house.
Our garden is also easy care, and although it is on automatic reticulation, may need some hand watering when the weather is very hot.
We don’t wear shoes in the upstairs apartment because even with the best insulation sound travels.
