We are a retired couple, members of homelink some years ago who have enjoyed one swap.
We have travelled extensively including two years in England cruising our narrow boat.
We enjoy rambling and have walked the South Downs Way (Sussex) and part of the South West Coast path (Cornwall)
we have a camper van so can go travelling if non simultaneous exchange suits.

100 metres to the beach and walking distance to shops, cafes and town centre.

Victor Harbor is the main town for the Fleurieu Peninsula approx one hours drive to Adelaide and is South Australia's premier beach resort so does become busy during holidays which adds vibrancy to the town.
We are in a residential area of detached houses close to surf and swimming beaches with magnificent coastal walks. Cafes and restaurants and only a short 10 minute stroll to the town
centre.
Numerous places of natural beauty are a short distance away and world renowned wine growing areas including McLaren Vale, Langhorne Creek and the Adelaide Hills can be accessed within 45 minutes.
Ferries to Kangaroo Island, a sanctuary for wildlife and natural rugged beauty, depart from Cape Jarvis, a short drive from Victor Harbor.

No smoking.
We have a small toy poodle who would travel with us for house swaps in Australia if possible. Remy is well trained and does not sit or jump on furniture. As he is a poodle he does not shed hair or have doggy smells.
Small dogs are welcome in the house but larger dogs should remain outside in our enclosed courtyard.
Enjoy our wonderful home and the area we live in.
Please leave the house as neat, clean and tidy as we left it.
