The region is semi rural , and to take short drives throughout the villages and back roads in the area will always end in a great coffee stop or some out of the way barn or winery for local produce..Side trips ,of approximately 1 1/2 hours north to Sydney by car or an easier option is hopping on our local train( they run regularly) to travel up stay even a couple of nights to discover the delights of shopping, views of our stunning harbour, theaters and nightlife.The country`s capital city Canberra is a two hour drive south where parliament house , parks gardens, lakes art galleries and museums are just some of the things to discover.The south coasts beautiful beaches are a 45 minute drive away.
