My house is located in a nice cul-de-sac in an attractive suburb in Brisbane’s northern suburbs, 20 minutes from Brisbane Airport and Brisbane’s CBD, a 25 minute drive to the nearest beach, a one hour drive to the Gold and Sunshine Coasts, and a 45 minute drive to Australia Zoo, Bribie Island (connected to the mainland by a 1km bridge), Dreamworld and Seaworld. It is very private, comfortable and modern with all mod cons (dishwasher, front loader washing machine, large TV screen, etc.) and has 3 bedrooms - one being a large rumpus room/bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a TV/family room, a lounge room, a double carport and can sleep up to 4 people (1 queen bed ensemble, 1 king single bed ensemble and 1 single bed ensemble).
